Create pages intended to deceive users into revealing passwords, payment information, authentication codes or other sensitive information.

Malware

Upload or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware or other malicious software.

Abuse

Threaten, harass, intimidate or target individuals or groups.

Intellectual property infringement

Publish content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

Unauthorised personal information

Publish another person's personal information without appropriate authorisation or lawful basis.

Spam

Use novy. to distribute unsolicited bulk messages or other abusive communications.

Security abuse

Attempt to:

• gain unauthorised access;
• bypass security controls;
• interfere with the platform;
• scan or attack systems without authorisation;
• exploit vulnerabilities; or
• disrupt another user's account.

3. Content Standards

Users are responsible for content they publish.

Content must not be:

• unlawful;
• fraudulent;
• materially misleading;
• malicious;
• defamatory in circumstances where publication is unlawful;
• invasive of another person's privacy;
• infringing of intellectual property rights; or
• otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

4. Business Claims

Users must not use novy. to make materially false or misleading claims about:

• qualifications;
• professional registrations;
• products;
• services;
• pricing;
• testimonials;
• affiliations;
• business identity; or
• achievements.

5. Regulated Activities

Users remain responsible for complying with laws and professional rules applicable to their industry.

This may include rules relating to:

• healthcare;
• financial services;
• legal services;
• professional licensing;
• advertising;
• consumer protection;
• privacy; and
• regulated products.

6. Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, we may take appropriate action, including:

• requesting removal or correction of content;
• restricting access;
• suspending an account;
• removing content;
• terminating an account;
• preserving information where legally required; or
• reporting conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.

We will consider the circumstances and applicable law before taking action.

Include:

• the profile URL;
• description of the concern;
• relevant evidence; and
• your contact details where you wish to receive a response.

8. Appeals

Where appropriate, a user whose account or content has been restricted may contact novy. to request a review.

We may request additional information to conduct the review.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as the platform develops or legal requirements change.
